License
This license covers the Krealize application. The Krea 2 model and any LoRAs have their own terms.
License grant
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Krealize on Macs you own or control, subject to the Terms & Conditions. Krealize is licensed, not sold.
Free and PRO features
You may use the free features without a PRO key. A valid Krealize PRO license unlocks the PRO features on the number of devices allowed at purchase. You may deactivate a device and move the license where the purchase terms allow. You may not share, publish, sell, rent, or bypass a license key or activation check.
Restrictions
Except where the law expressly allows it, you may not copy or redistribute Krealize, modify it, create a competing derivative work from it, reverse engineer it, remove ownership notices, or use it to provide unauthorized access to PRO features. You may make a reasonable backup copy for your own use.
Ownership
Krealize, including its application code, interface, name, and original assets, is protected by copyright and other laws. This license gives you permission to use the app; it does not transfer ownership.
Your generated images
Krealize does not claim ownership of the images you generate. Whether an output can be owned, protected, or used for a particular purpose depends on applicable law and the terms covering the model and inputs. You are responsible for checking those rights.
Separate model and LoRA licenses
The Krea 2 model is not licensed under this Krealize software license. Krea's current community license includes a revenue threshold for commercial use and content-safeguard requirements. Read Krea's Krea 2 licensing terms and Krea 2 use policy before downloading or using the model.
Any LoRA you import is also covered by the terms supplied by its creator. Krealize does not grant rights to third-party models, LoRAs, prompts, images, fonts, or other material.
Open-source components
Krealize includes or uses third-party software, including MLX. Those components remain subject to their own license notices. Where a third-party license conflicts with this license for that component, the third-party license controls.
Termination
This license ends automatically if you materially breach it. When it ends, you must stop using and delete Krealize. Terms about ownership, warranty, and liability continue after termination.
