Start with the quick answers below for model downloads, generation, local files, LoRAs, and PRO activation.
Contact
Email info@krealize.app for help. Include your Mac model, macOS version, Krealize version, and a short description of what happened. Never send your PRO license key.
App version
Krealize 1.0
System
Apple silicon · macOS 26 or later
The model will not download
Check that your Mac is online and has enough free storage, then reopen Krealize and try again. A VPN, firewall, content filter, or temporary Hugging Face outage can interrupt the download. The model is large, so slower connections may take some time.
Generation stops or runs out of memory
Close other memory-heavy apps, choose a smaller image size, and try again. If you have Krealize PRO, turn on Fast mode. Restarting Krealize releases loaded model data and can also help after a failed run.
Where are my images?
Open Gallery in Krealize, then choose “Open Images Folder.” Generated images and their metadata are stored locally in your Application Support folder. PRO users can also use “Save as PNG” to export a copy anywhere on the Mac.
A LoRA does not work
Krealize supports up to ten compatible custom LoRAs at once. A LoRA built for a different base model, saved with an unsupported tensor type, or missing required weights may not load. Remove the reported LoRA and try the generation again.
PRO activation
Copy the full license key from your Polar receipt or Polar customer portal, then paste it into Krealize without extra spaces. If the license is already active on another Mac, remove it there first to free the seat. Do not post or email the key.
Delete local data
Open Krealize Settings and choose “Delete all Krealize data.” This removes settings, recent prompts, generated images and metadata, imported LoRAs and presets, and the model downloaded by Krealize. This cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.
Model rules
Questions about what the Krea 2 model may be used for are covered by Krea's licensing terms and use policy.
