Legal
Terms &
Conditions
These terms explain the rules for downloading and using Krealize. Please read them before using the app.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Krealize. By downloading, installing, buying, or using Krealize, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Krealize does
Krealize is a macOS app for generating images on compatible Apple silicon Macs. It uses Krea 2 model files that are downloaded separately when you set up the app. Some features are available through the one-time Krealize PRO purchase.
3. Your use of the app
You may use Krealize for lawful personal or commercial work, subject to these terms and every license or use policy that applies to the model, LoRA, prompt, input, or other material you use. Krea's current community license allows commercial use only below its stated revenue threshold and requires appropriate content safeguards; larger commercial users need a separate Krea license. You must not use Krealize to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, or create material that is illegal where you live.
You are responsible for your prompts, imported LoRAs, generated images, and how you use or share them. The app does not decide whether you own the rights needed for a particular input or output.
4. Krea model terms
Krealize is an independent app and is not Krea AI. Your use of the Krea 2 model is also subject to Krea's licensing terms and use policy. Those terms may limit how you use model outputs. If these Terms conflict with the model terms, the model terms control your use of that model.
5. Krealize PRO
Krealize PRO is sold as a one-time purchase for the version and features described at checkout. Payment and license-key services are provided by Polar. Prices, taxes, refunds, and payment terms are shown at checkout. Keep your license key private. License keys may be limited to the number of devices stated at purchase and may be disabled when refunded, charged back, revoked, or used against these terms.
6. Updates and availability
We may change, update, or stop offering Krealize or a feature. Model downloads and license checks depend on third-party services and may sometimes be unavailable. We do not promise that every current or future macOS version, Mac, model, or LoRA will work.
7. No warranty
Krealize is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose, or that generated images will be accurate, unique, safe, or free of third-party claims. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or claims arising from your content or use of generated images. Our total liability connected with Krealize will not exceed the amount you paid for Krealize PRO in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it.
9. Ending this agreement
You may stop using Krealize at any time and delete it from your Mac. We may end or suspend your license if you materially breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain in effect.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated for future versions or when the law or service changes. The effective date above will change when that happens. For questions, email info@krealize.app.
